Disciplinary System
This Disciplinary System is applicable to all service providers, including consultants, contractors and suppliers under Swire Properties Management Limited procurement process.
Under this system, the performance of service providers shall be evaluated on five aspects, namely Safety, Environment, Procurement, Management and Quality. Each non-compliance or malpractice event will be recorded and disciplinary action will be taken as appropriate.
Service providers will be subject to different level of disciplinary action if the scores accumulated over a 24-months rolling period in the following order:

- Final warning |

≥50 |
- Tender qualification to be suspended for minimum 3 months |
Subject to specific circumstances and facts, suitable disciplinary action such as extended suspension of tender qualification or delisting from SPML approved contractor list will be imposed.
